In 1991 Mike Thesing his wife Rosa and Son Mike Junior opened Rosa's Cantina with dedication to serve only the highest quality authentic Mexican Food available for their customers at reasonable prices. This fact holds true today and Rosa's Cantina has became known for its good food and "the place where the locals eat".
